SentriLock Box Check-Out Form
I have obtained written authorization from the seller (on the listing agreement) to place a lockbox on the property described below.
If transferring a lockbox, I have completed the transfer to the new address in the SentriLock system.
When the property is sold, or if I am no longer the listing agent, I will ether transfer the lockbox or return the lockbox to the COCBR® office within 30 days.
If I do not return the lockbox within 30 days of selling or cancellation of the listing, I agree to pay $107.00 (the lockbox replacement cost)
